PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant disease injury-control agent composition having good preservation stability. SOLUTION: The plant disease injury-control agent composition is characterized by comprising (a) one or more selected from the group consisting of a polyhydric alcohol, an epoxidized vegetable oil, a glycidyl ether and isopropyl phosphate as an adjuvant and (b) 3-(3-bromo-6-fluoro-2-methylindol-1-ylsulfonyl)-N,N-dimethyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-sulfonamide as an agrochemically active ingredient.
