PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording paper processor capable of easily taking out recording paper wound in a cylindrical shape to the outside of the processor, by winding the recording paper in a cylindrical shape in a stable state, without causing a fold and wrinkles in the recording paper, even when stiffness of the recording paper is small. SOLUTION: Right and left winding units 500 and 600 have a rotatable drum constituting body having a peripheral surface body of forming a cylindrical peripheral surface, an outer peripheral roller pressable to the peripheral surface body, an outer peripheral roller displacing means for displacing the outer peripheral roller, and a peripheral surface body displacing means for displacing the peripheral surface body. After winding the recording paper sent into between the peripheral surface body and the outer peripheral roller between the peripheral surface body and the outer peripheral roller, the outer peripheral roller is separated from the peripheral surface body, and the peripheral surface body is displaced toward the rotational center.
