PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box formed from a corrugated board sheet of three or more layers, which can be shipped to a blank forming field in a folded form and can easily be set up. SOLUTION: In the packing box made of corrugated board, the bottom of a sleeve (a) made of multi-layer corrugated board and freely folded into a flat shape is closed by an automatic lock system bottom wall (b). In the sleeve (a), four side walls a<SB>5</SB>to a<SB>8</SB>connected parallel to each other via vertical creases are made of a five-layer corrugated board sheet. The sleeve (a) can be folded flat along a pair of creases a<SB>1</SB>and a<SB>3</SB>diagonally opposite to each other in the set-up form of the sleeve (a). The bottom wall (b) is formed from pairs of bottom wall component plate 3 and 3' stuck to the lower edges 4a and 4b of the left and right side walls adjacent to each other along a pair of vertical creases a<SB>1</SB>and a<SB>3</SB>of the sleeve (a). When the sleeve (a) is folded flat, the bottom wall component plates 3 and 3' are also folded along diagonal creases 35.
