PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid accommodating body capable of steadily discharging contents regardless of a change in position of the liquid accommodating body. SOLUTION: The liquid storage body 1 includes a body 3 formed by superposing flexible synthetic resin sheets 3a and capable of accommodating a liquid; a spout 5 attached to the body 3 and allowing the discharge of the liquid in the body, and a pair of plate-like member 9 mounted so as to face the body 3 and including tensile springs 10 so as to apply pressure to the liquid.
