PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension capable of eliminating effects by deformation due to thermal distortion of disk brake mounting parts at the time of welding and of reducing cost. SOLUTION: The torsion beam type suspension is provided with a spindle support plate 18 welded to a trailing arm to support a spindle of a wheel and having the disk brake mounting parts 30a, 30b having mounting holes for mounting to a disk brake and projectingly formed outside a welding part. Bending parts 34a, 34b for tilting the disk brake mounting parts 30a, 30b to the disk brake side are formed in the outer position of the welding part in the vicinity of the disk brake mounting parts 30a, 30b of the spindle support plate 18. On the disk brake side face of the disk brake mounting parts 30a, 30b, pushing parts 36a, 36b for pushing the disk brake side face to adjust the positions of the mounting holes 32a, 32b are formed.
