PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device capable of simplifying a structure without impairing switching operability to a parking range. SOLUTION: A shift control section 12 switches a shift range to the parking range under a condition that a lever is operated to a moving position for switching to a neutral range, while the shift range is in the neutral range.
