PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dry composite semipermeable membrane in which a content of an unreacted component is extremely little, and which has an excellent water permeability and salt rejection rate even after a drying treatment, and has an excellent contamination resistance and durability. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the dry composite semipermeable membrane comprises a process of manufacturing the composite semipermeable membrane forming a surface skin containing a polyamide system resin formed by a reaction of a polyfunctional amine component with a polyfunctional acid halide component, on the surface of a porous support, a process of washing the composite semipermeable membrane to manufacture the washed composite semipermeable membrane, a process of contacting only the porous support surface of the washed composite semipermeable membrane with a moisturizing solution containing a humectant and a hydrophilic agent, and of contacting only the surface of the surface skin of the washed composite semipermeable membrane with a protective solution to manufacture the treated composite semipermeable membrane, and a process of drying the treated composite semipermeable membrane.
