PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for a wash stand counter, etc., which is easily used even when arranged in a hospital or a nursing home, etc., by allowing a user to easily distinguish a boundary part between a flat surface and a recessed surface concerning the top board of the counter and the surface of a bowl, etc. SOLUTION: The top surface 2 of the counter 1 and the surface of the recessed bowl part 3 are made to be the continuous surface. Groove lines or recessions are intermittently or continuously shaved substantially along the boundary part of both the surfaces, where an embedding material composed of a main material being the same as or different from that of the surface parts and being different in color is integrally embedded, so as to form visually recognizable marks 5.
