PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a player and to prevent decline in the sales in a game parlor. SOLUTION: When the remaining amount for management is present in a game system, a ball dispenser unit in the on-line state records an on-line remaining amount presence flag and discharges a visitor token. The ball dispenser unit in the off-line state records the off-line fractional sum in the visitor token and discharges the token. Even if the off-line fractional sum is zero, the visitor token is discharged if the on-line fractional sum presence flag is recorded (S546, S547 and S552). The ball dispenser unit obtains the remaining amount from a management device and stores the obtained amount in a memory, and executes the ball dispensing process with the stored remaining amount when the ball dispenser unit is off-line.
