<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag device that ensures practical induced power without close positioning of an external antenna. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag body 3 has a loop antenna 13 and an IC chip 15 connected to the antenna 13 and has a sheet shape. A magnetic layer 5 is superposed on the RFID tag body 3 so as to function as a regulation member for bringing the resonant frequency of the individual RFID tag body 3 close to the frequency of an external radio wave when the RFID tag body 3 is attached to an adherend. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
