PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an information processing system that the same character information can easily be transmitted from a client having a cache function to a server. SOLUTION: This information processor 10 is an information processor connected to a server for distributing resources through a network, and is provided with: a character information acquisition means 52 for acquiring first character information for designating resources in the server; a time information acquisition means 54 for acquiring unique time information: a character information creating means 58 for adding the time information to the character information to create second character information; a transmitting means 68 for transmitting the created second character information to the server; a receiving means 66 for receiving a resource distributed from the server in accordance with the transmitted second character information; and a display means 64 for displaying the received resource.
