摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for active matrix type liquid crystal display device capable of acquiring an appropriate over-drive value while reducing entry number of a reference table, and to provide a liquid crystal display device having the driving circuit for active matrix type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The driving circuit for active matrix type liquid crystal display device comprises: the reference table in which the entry number is reduced; an interpolation circuit; and a sub-reference table and is constituted such that, in a region where the deviation between the optimum value as the driving voltage and an interpolation value is large, the driving voltage is determined by referring to the sub-reference table and, in a region where the deviation between the optimum value and the interpolation value is small, the driving voltage is determined by means of a linear interpolation circuit.
