PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having an absorbent core deformable into a three-dimensional shape. SOLUTION: This absorbent article 1 is provided with an approximately longitudinally-long absorbent core 4 demarcated by a pair of side edges S1 and S2 extending in the longitudinal direction and a pair of end edges T1 and T2 extending in the width direction. The absorbent core 4 has a pair of notch parts N1 and N2 respectively notched from the both side edges in the front part and the rear part of the absorbent core 4 toward the width-directional inward. The absorbent core 4 is further provided with a pair of slit parts L extending in the longitudinal direction in positions in the both left/right sides in the absorbent core 4 in the width-directional inward of the notch parts N1 and N2.
