摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of industrially producing particulate platinum powder with the maximum particle diameter of≤5μm and the average particle diameter of≤1μm without performing classification by sieves or the like with stability. SOLUTION: (1) The method for producing particulate platinum powder comprises simultaneously adding a chloroplatinic aqueous solution and an ammonia/hydrazine aqueous solution to an ammoniacal aqueous solution. (2) The production method comprises heating the ammonia aqueous solution at 30 to 70°C in the claim item 1. (3) The production method comprises firing the particulate platinum powder at 300 to 650°C in the claim item 1 or 2. (4) The production method comprises dechlorination-treating the particulate platinum powder after the firing in the claim items 1 to 3 with water or warm water.
