PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of a sealing agent to the unrequired part of the outer circumferential face in a cylindrical workpiece having a groove at the inside diameter part such that the gaps in a ceramic sprayed coating can be securely packed by a simple method. SOLUTION: Regarding the sealing treatment agent coating device for subjecting a ceramic sprayed coating formed on the outer circumferential face of a cylindrical workpiece 1 having a groove at the inside diameter part to sealing treatment using a sealing treatment agent 4, a means for rotatively supporting the inside diameter face of the cylindrical workpiece with at least one or more rotary rollers 2 and rotating the cylindrical workpiece, and a sealing treatment agent storage vessel 5 movable to the upper and lower directions to the cylindrical workpiece are arranged at the lower part of the cylindrical workpiece.
