The present invention provides a haemocoagulase gene, its expressive functional protein, and a hemostatic comprising the haemocoagulase. The haemocoagulase gene of the present invention has the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or the gene sequence formed by the substitution, deletion or addition of one or several nucleotides in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having the equivalent function as SEQ ID NO: 1. The haemocoagulase has the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. |
