The shuttering system for cement coating of the walls (1) of tanks for holding media which attack cement, e.g. biogas fermenters, comprises inner (6) and outer (7) shuttering. These are attached to a support (2) which can be raised during casting and carries a reel (13) of protective sheet (16) which is unrolled vertically between the inner shuttering and the wall. An independent claim is included for a method for cement coating of the walls (1) of tanks for holding media which attack cement using the system.
