<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitive and image defect-free thermosensitive transfer ink sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive transfer ink sheet, which keeps a dye layer with a resin binder having a heat-migratory dye therein overlying a support, the resin binder of the dye layer includes a polymer including a repeating unit derived from a monomer expressed with a formula [1], wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a methyl group, L<SP>1</SP>represents a single bond or a bivalent connecting group, and Z represents an 8-50C straight chain, branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group under conditions that the atom joining to L<SP>1</SP>is a primary carbon atom or a secondary carbon atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
