<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card edge connector which is adopted for a portion to connect for example an ECU (electronic control unit) to be mounted on an automobile and a wire harness, and in which it is sufficient to provide one kind of housing for a board regardless of thickness of a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A board side housing 20 is formed by being divided into a front housing 21A and a rear housing 21B. The respective housings 21A, 21B are respectively allocated to the front and rear faces of a mounting position 11 of the circuit board 10, and fixed by fastening front and rear mounting boards 26 pinching the circuit board 10 by a bolt 16 and a nut 17. Between the front and rear housings 21A, 21B and the circuit board 10, fitting spaces 30A, 30B in which harness side housings of the respective counterparts are fitted are constituted. Even when the circuit board 1 is changed to another kind to have different thickness, by fixing the both housings 21A, 21B to both front and rear faces of the circuit board 10 similarly, the fitting spaces 30A, 30B of the same size are constituted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
