PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine which following voice message should be selected after reproducing a certain message when multiple following messages are associated with a message in a tree-structured voice message board system. SOLUTION: A voice message server 10 comprises a program information storage unit 12 for storing the multiple voice messages, a voice message request receiving unit 14 for receiving a voice message request from an information processing terminal via a communication unit 11, a following message determination processing unit 15 for extracting the voice message based on the voice message request, and a voice message transmission processing unit 16 for transmitting the extracted voice message via the communication unit 11. The following message determination processing unit 15 selects and extracts the next voice message from the program information storage unit 12 among the multiple following voice messages following the voice message specified by a voice message identifier included in the voice message request based on a predetermined rule.
