PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated heating device with an easy detachment from the heated body, and capable of being structured simply and at low cost. SOLUTION: The coated heating device 40 covers a tubular heated body 30 including a curving part 32 having an outer peripheral curving face consisting of an inside curving face located toward a center of curvature and an outside curving face located at a centrifugal side. The device includes a coated main body 41 with flexibility and an insulating property, having a curve face coated part 411 having at least a pair of V-shape notches for at least a part of itself from both peripheral parts with their back parts facing each other to a center part and to be a shape along the outer peripheral curving face with two sides 415 partitioning the above notches joined, a heating body 42 fixed on an inner peripheral face of the coated main body 41 or inside along the inner peripheral face, and a fixing means 43 for coating the outside curving face of the curving part 32 at a center part of the curve face coated part 411 and also fixing the coated main body 41 onto the heated body 30 by setting near and fixing peripheral parts at the inside curving face sides with the notches jointed to narrow their widths.
