PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for molding a resin molding which can surely apply counter pressure to a foamable resin to suppress the expansion of foamed cells. SOLUTION: In molding of the resin molding, the foamable resin 47 in which a foaming agent is added into a second resin 41 is injected into a hollow molding formed by blow-molding a parison made of a first resin and foamed. The parison partitioned into a plurality of empty portions 23 and 24 is hung into opened molds 10a and 10b and, after the molds being closed, blow-molded by supplying pressurized gas into the empty portions, respectively. After the hollow molding having the empty portions is molded, while prescribed internal pressure is applied to the first empty portion 23 out of a plurality of the empty portions, the foamable resin is injected into the second empty portion 24 adjacent to the first empty portion and foamed against the internal pressure.
