PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a waterproof property of a battery pack by surely welding a case member housing a battery. SOLUTION: The battery pack 5 has the battery 51 integrated by covering it with a first case member 52 and a second case member 53. Flange parts 52d, 53d are formed in contact with each other for a whole periphery of the first case member 51 and the second case member 52, one of them 53d with a welding rib 53e formed for the whole periphery, and the other 52d with a groove 52e formed for a whole periphery, with the welding rib 53e welded in a state inserted into the groove 52e.
