PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, when being carried past a destination, a time loss is caused, with a background that almost all commuters in the Metropolitan area commute by train, and that many commuters have an experience of being carried past the destination, and especially when missing the last train, returning home on the day becomes impossible, to thereby suffer a disadvantage caused by an additional expense. SOLUTION: When approaching or reaching a destination or a destination station, an alarm in a cellular phone is rung, and thereby attention is called to a possessor of the cellular phone, to thereby prevent being carried past the destination in a train by a nap.
