<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an assay standard having a property similar to that of a biological sample which keeps content minute and has a high transmissivity to excitation light. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the assay standard, which is used for a minute beam fluorescence X-ray assay, comprises a mixture process A of adding an element to a base material and mixing the element with the base material by churning them to produce a mixture solution; a deaeration process B of deaerating the mixture solution, a freeze process D of freezing the mixture solution moderately, and a cut process F of obtaining a thin-cut segment by cutting the freezed mixture solution. In order to surely remove air bubbles in the mixture solution, the deaeration process B may include a statically-leaving process of leaving the mixture solution statically at room temperature, and the statically-leaving process may include a process of removing gas in the statically left mixture solution by using a suction device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
