<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cutting tool capable of surely preventing welding of chips and the cutting tool manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: This drill 400 for machining an aluminum material is provided with a coolant supply hole 420 for supplying coolant to a machining portion of the aluminum material, a spiral chip discharge groove 410 for discharging chips of the aluminum material generated by machining, and a cutting edge 430a made of diamond and formed with an opening part of the coolant supply hole 420. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
