PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a grid portal to use a license only by managing a job entry count without concern for exceeding a license limit. SOLUTION: If an application for preprocessing or postprocessing is activated in a PC3a, it is reported that preprocessing has been activated to the grid portal 1 from the PC3a. The grid portal 1, upon reception of the information, keeps holding a job request from the grid portal for the PC3a having transmitted a pseudo batch file thereto until preprocessing or postprocessing is completed, and at the time point that the preprocessing or postprocessing is completed, a monitoring job is input for starting job processing from a grid.
