PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having satisfactory storage stability and excellent low temperature fixability. SOLUTION: The toner includes: a straight-chain polyester resin having a bivalent carboxylic acid and aliphatic diol as a constitutional component; and a polyglycerol fatty acid polyester wax. The polyglycerol fatty acid polyester wax mainly includes a polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which a polyglycerol and a fatty acid are ester-bonded. In addition, an acid value is≤3 KOHmg/g, and a hydroxyl value is≤5 KOHmg/g, and an absorption maximal temperature at a differential thermal curve is 65 to 75°C. The polyglycerol fatty acid ester has 3,000 to 5,000 molecular weight and 4 to 10 polymerization degree of a polyglycerol skeleton. The straight-chain polyester resin has 38 to 48°C glass transition temperature and 3,800 to 5,500 weight average molecular weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
