PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin duplication plate for duplicating a fine rugged pattern such as a hologram, the plate having both satisfactory adhesiveness between a base material and a rugged pattern resin layer and release property of the surface of the duplication plate. SOLUTION: The resin duplication plate comprises a rugged pattern layer made of a resin and having a rugged pattern as a master for duplication on a base material, and a silica thin film and a fluorine-containing thin film layered in this order on the rugged pattern face of the pattern layer.
