PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a variety of information on control of each elevator to prevent an abnormality of the elevator with minimum load of equipment. SOLUTION: An agent device 3 of an elevator in which an abnormality occurs requests a server device 6 to search for identification information on elevators in the same group, on receiving an abnormality notification signal from an elevator control device 1. The agent device 3 performs a transmission request of control information to the corresponding elevator, on receiving the identification information as a search result from the server device 6. The requested agent device of the elevator acquires control information on the elevator from the elevator control device of the elevator, and transmits the control information to the center device 5 through a remove monitoring terminal device and a communication network 4.
