PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank cap capable of largely improving its maintainability and being locked up. SOLUTION: By detachably attaching a body cap 29 to an inner body 5 from the outside with bolts 38, maintenance and replacement of a filter 41 can be done with the inner body 5 mounted on a cap mounting port 2, i.e., only removal of the body cap 29 is required. Also, the body cap 29 covers an upper surface and a periphery of the inner body 5, and an accommodation part 39 of the filter 41 is prepared using a space surrounded by the inner body 5 and the body cap 29. Consequently, the accommodating space for the filter 41 can be made as large as possible regardless of the configuration including a cylinder lock 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
