PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductor in a shape along a predetermined wiring route including a bent part without deteriorating a yield and increasing manufacturing cost in the conductor and a wiring unit. SOLUTION: A bus bar is formed in the shape along the predetermined wiring route including the bent part by folding/bending a plate-like member 70 made of metal developed on a plane. The plate-like member 70 is integrally constituted by a first lengthy part 71 formed in a linear shape, folded/bent on a plane and forming a first route part of the bus bar including at least the bent part; a second lengthy part 72 formed in a linear shape and constituting a second route part of the bus bar; and a connection part 74, in which the first and second lengthy parts 71, 72 are connected such that an extension direction of the first lengthy part 71 and an extension direction of the second lengthy part 72 form a first predetermined angle, bent such that the plane including the second lengthy part 72 before folded/bent forms a second predetermined angle relative to the plane including the first lengthy part 71.
