PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game storage medium from being fraudulently utilized by a third person even when a player forgets to take it in the case of storing remaining game values in the game storage medium and issuing/returning it. SOLUTION: A game machine PM is provided with a biological information reception part 50 for receiving the biological information of a player. Then, on the basis of the reception of end operation information for ending a game from the game machine PM by a game device CU1 (return operation information reception part D), the game device CU1 (player authentication information reception part B) receives the player authentication information from the game machine PM (biological information reception part 50). Then, game storage medium identification information and the received player authentication information are transmitted from the game machine PM to the game value management device SV as game value management information.
