PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile management system for game parlors, which is widely applied irrespective of specifications of game machines in the management system for game parlors detecting abnormality based on a ball putout rate of a game machine or the number of putout game media. SOLUTION: This management system 1 for game parlors includes a detection period setting means 11 for setting a detection period, a criterion ball putout rate setting means 15 for setting a criterion ball putout rate, a criterion number of putout balls setting means 14 setting the criterion number of putout game media, a unit number of putout ball setting means 140 for setting the unit number of putout game media per single winning of a specific win, a criterion number of win calculation means 16 calculating the criterion number of times of winning, a number of threshold value win setting means 17 setting as the number of threshold value wins, an abnormal determination threshold value setting means 19 for setting an abnormal determination threshold value, and an abnormal determination threshold output means 190 for outputting an abnormal determination threshold value set by the abnormal determination threshold value setting means 19.
