PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device in which stains such as the droplets of urine or hand washing water, etc., do not easily stick to a seat surface made of cloth. SOLUTION: In the toilet seat device comprising a toilet seat 2 and a casing 1 for turnably pivoting the toilet seat 2, the toilet seat 2 is composed by joining a bottom part member 21 with a built-in vibration generation part 6 and an upper member 22 provided with a water repellent and waterproof seat surface part 22b made of the cloth on the upper surface of a cushion part 22a, is provided with a control part for controlling presence / no presence of vibration generation by the vibration generation part 6 and is provided with a control part for controlling the operation of the vibration generation part 6 so as to transmit vibrations by the vibration generation part 6 to the seat surface of the toilet seat 2.
