An antireflection film is provided and includes at least one layer containing fine pores. When a surface portion of the antireflection film comes into contact with water for 15 minutes and then the water is wiped away, the surface portion has a chromaticity change DeltaE of 0.45 or less, the chromaticity change DeltaE being a chromaticity change in a CIE1976 L*a*b* color space and measured under a standard light source D65.
