<p>A protecting circuit comprises a signal received wire, a signal transmitting wire, a ground wire and an overvoltage protecting circuit. An overcurrent protecting element and a currentlimiting protecting element are connected in series respectively through the signal received wire and the signal transmitting wire. The overvoltage protecting circuit is connected to the signal received wire, the signal transmitting wire and the ground wire, one terminal of the overvoltage protecting circuit is arranged between the overcurrent protecting element and the currentlimiting protecting element of the signal received wire, and the other terminal of it is arranged between the overcurrent protecting element and the currentlimiting protecting element of the signal transmitting wire.The invention further provides a electronic device including the protecting circuit.</p> |
