CONDUCTIVE PATH FORMATION LAYER, OPTICAL RESPONSE ELEMENT, AND OPTICAL RESPONSE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive path formation layer that is suitably used as e.g. a channel layer of a thin film transistor with good optical response characteristics.

SOLUTION: A conductive path formation layer 1 comprises organic molecules m changing the conductivity reversibly by optical irradiation and fine particles s that are bonded with the organic molecules n. The functional groups of the organic molecules m are chemically bonded with the fine particle s. Thereby, the organic molecules m and the fine particles s are alternately bonded by the functional groups that the organic molecules m have at both ends to form a network.
