<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide component mounting equipment which can cope with an increase in type of a component to be mounted by feeding even the component other than a wafer mounted on a tray easily and additionally. <P>SOLUTION: A tray mounting pallet 80 is provided as a third conveyance means in place of a first table.
