<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management support system, a production management support method, and a production management program, capable of efficiently performing production management before and after start of sales of a new product by preparing a sufficient stock at the start of sales. <P>SOLUTION: In the production management support system 20, a management computer 21 calculates, when a calculation week is a warehouse arrival start date to a forward-movable date, a stock reference value of the calculation week by calculating a target value at the start of warehouse shipping from a sales planning quantity stored in a sales planning data storage part 24, dividing a value obtained by subtracting a stock reference value of the week before the calculation week from the target value by a residual period, and adding the stock reference value of the previous week thereto.
