PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event holding circuit for holding event information collected from a plurality of boards to be monitored by a monitor board without increasing the scale of a circuit, or increasing costs. SOLUTION: This event holding circuit is configured of a plurality of boards 2 to be monitored such as main signal boards by a monitor board 1, and to write and hold event information such as collected alarm information in a memory such as a DP-RAM 9, and to hold it until it is read by a processor 3. This event holding circuit is configured to write the logical sum output of the collected event information and the held event information acquired by reading written content until the previous time from the address of the memory in which the event information is written via a holding circuit 12 including an OR gate 12a in the memory.
