PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rhythm stimulus input device capable of inputting rhythmical stimulus to tactile and motion perception, which many intellectual handicapped children (persons) and young children desire. SOLUTION: Stimulus objects 2 located in a line with fixed distance are attached to a hand rotating rotation drum 1, and the rotation drum 1 is rotated by hand rotating, and a part of a body of a person who inputs the rhythm stimulus is made contact to this. Input tempo and rhythm are changed by changing a rotation cycle of the rotation drum 1 and arrangement of the stimulus objects 2, and stimulus desired by the person is effectively applied.
