PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using reproducing illumination light on a silver halide photosensitive material with high sensitivity, and to provide a bright hologram. SOLUTION: The hologram has at least one layer containing silver halide particles on a support, wherein the hologram has an antireflection layer on a surface in the opposite side to the above layer side.
