PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for securing an arranging body which can facilitate the work for fixing an arranging body to a predetermined position of a light gage steel material, and to provide an arranging body securing device and a method for fixing an arranging body. SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool 30 has an auxiliary tool body 31, and a hole engaging with a wiring box 10 is formed in the auxiliary tool body 31. A magnet attractive to a light gage steel material P is arranged in the auxiliary tool body 31. Under a state engaging with the wiring box 10, the auxiliary tool 30 attracts the auxiliary tool body 31 to the side plate portion Pc of the light gage steel material P by means of the magnet, and secures the wiring box 10 temporarily to abut against a lip portion Pd, i. e. the sidewall of the light gage steel material P. Since the wiring box 10 is secured temporarily by means of the auxiliary tool 30 (magnet), the wiring box 10 can be secured easily to a predetermined position of the light gage steel material P.
