PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conducting the process from blocking to cleaning a secondary antibody has required a span of 4 hours to overnight, in the conventional immunity dyeing method by shaking for a method that conducts antigen-antibody reaction on a porosity carrier which is typified by Western blotting. SOLUTION: Solution (antibody solution or antigen solution) that has been made to flow in a porosity carrier is circulated continuously in the porosity carrier again by a fluid controlling apparatus; and a set consisting of the process for making the solution (antibody solution or antigen solution) flow in the porosity carrier; and by alternately repeating a process of stopping the flow of the solution, the antigen-antibody reaction is carried out at a high speed, by promoting the reaction with respect to the solution of a fixed concentration and volume.
