PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain light information of a sample in a sample flow so that there is no variation generated by irradiating a light of uniform light intensity onto sample flow, along a direction orthogonal to the flow, which is the direction of the sample flow. SOLUTION: By irradiating an illumination light L to samples S of the objects to be measured that are dispensed in liquid 40 which flows inside the capillary 30 of a device 10 for measuring the light, when the light information of the sample S is to be measured, the illumination light L is shaped by a light 13 where a light source 11, generates and the illumination light with a uniform light intensity along a direction that crosses the direction and the samples S, flow in the capillary 30 is irradiated to the samples S.
