PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coolant from entering the inside of a device body. SOLUTION: The device body 11 is composed of an internal cylinder 22 and an external cylinder 23. A spindle 31 is extended on the axis line of the internal cylinder 22. A bearing 41 is interposed between the inner surface of the internal cylinder 22 and an outer surface of the spindle 31. An oil air is supplied from a nozzle 46 to the bearing 41. An air vent 53 is formed on the internal cylinder 22. An air discharge port 61 is formed on the external cylinder 23. An air passage clearance 66 for connecting the air vent 53 with the air discharge port 61 is formed between the internal cylinder 22 and the external cylinder 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
