发明名称 A METHOD FOR COATING OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES ON FIBER SURFACE AND A SANITARY NAPKIN AND A DIAPER PREPARED BY USING THIS METHOD
摘要 A method for coating silver nanoparticles on a surface of a fiber, and a sanitary napkin and a diaper manufactured from the same are provided to coat silver nanoparticles of uniform sizes on the surface of the fiber easily and conveniently, by using polyethylene glycol. Reactors, to which polyethylene glycol is bondable, are induced to a surface of a fiber by treating the surface of the fiber with silane compound. The polyethylene glycol is grafted on the surface of the fiber by treating the surface of the fiber with polyethylene glycol and base catalytic agent. Silver nanoparticles are formed on the surface of the fiber where the polyethylene glycol is grafted. The fiber is selected from a group consisting of natural fiber, artificial fiber, inorganic fiber, organic fiber, and synthetic fiber. Further, the polyethylene glycol and the base catalytic agent are treated at 50 to 100°C for 6 to 48 hrs.
