<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television operation system for, when a user is confused in operating a TV, displaying a cause and its solving method and assisting the user to smoothly perform the operation. <P>SOLUTION: The television operation system is provided with the television receiver 100 for outputting images of television broadcast to a display panel 28 and a remote control transmitter 10 for making a user remotely operate the operation of the television receiver 100, and gives an assist for confusion in terms of operation when operating the television. The remote control transmitter 10 transmits a help command when the user needs the assist in terms of the operation, the television receiver 100 stores the display state of the display panel 28 and the cause of user's confusion in terms of the operation and its solving method together. When receiving a help command, the receiver acquires the display state of the display panel 28 at the point of time of receiving it, and displays the cause of player's confusion in terms of operation and its solving method in the acquired display state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
