<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize motor control by preventing a delay in response of torque. <P>SOLUTION: A first CPU (MG CPU) of a controller of a vehicle driving motor requests transmission of a torque command value at a predetermined time interval. Every time it receives the torque command value from the first CPU (MG CPU), a second CPU (HV CPU) of the controller of the vehicle driving motor executes interruption processing preferentially to other processing, calculates a torque command value in the interruption processing, and transmits the calculated value to the first CPU (MG CPU).
